Another glorious "sea day". Today was a day for catching up with friends. After chatting with friends in the USA and Canada, I got a video call from my favorite eight year old who lives in Amman, Jordan. Eileen was very excited to show me the Valentine she'd made for me. But not as happy as I was to see it. Thanks to her mom and dad who helped make that happen. Also fun was hearing about her recent adventures on the jungle gym. And seeing her hidden stash of Valentine's candy that she got at her second grade school party.
Tomorrow will be a busy day of sightseeing so this afternoon I'm relaxing with the extraordinary view and a new book.

| The sea was calm this morning. I love a long stretch of wave, just before it breaks. Such strength and power. I love my home in MoonPie Town. But it is just easier to breathe deeply at the beach. Days of watching the waves may make for a boring blog, but they are good for my soul. |
