This is worthy of it's own post. I just had lunch in an air conditioned restaurant in Apia. I had cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice and refried beans. With salsa and sour cream.
Maybe I should have extended service for another year after all! They even sell taco shells in the store next to the restaurant. Things have changed a bit in two years...
